Q. Why should I choose you guys?

We offer the most discreet, highest quality, and most secure service on the market. We never publicly stream to advertise, we use VPN's when logging into accounts to make the IP change not seem suspicious, and we keep all communication of the service 100% outside of the game. Additionally, all of our boosters are interviewed and vetted before they are allowed to work with us. Other services do not take these precautions at the risk of your accounts security.

Q. What is the current wait time?

Everyone is happier when the boost is completed quickly, which is why we work to get your boost done ASAP after you order. If you're concerned about the wait time please contact us and we will be able to give you an accurate estimate.

Q. Do I need to transfer realms?

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, no you do not. Most if not all of our services can be completed while in a cross-realm group.

Q. Do I need to be a certain class or spec?

We service all classes and specs.

Q. Should I remove my authenticator if you guys play my account? What if I don't have one at all?

No, you don't need to remove your authenticator. You can either approve the login with your battle.net mobile authenticator app or send us a code when we log in. If you do not have an authenticator you will simply send us a code from your e-mail.

Q. What are the requirements for my character? Do I need any special items?

Requirements are listed on the Quick View page for any product we offer. Usually we don't need you to have any special items, however flasks/potions/food never hurt :)

Q. Do you guys service Europeans/Australia/New Zealand/South America?

Yes, we service all factions and regions.

Q. How does payment work? What if I don't have a PayPal account?

All of our transactions are handled by PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can simply log in at checkout and pay. If you don't have a PayPal account you can pay with any major credit or debit card by selecting "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" on PayPal's website.

Q. Do you offer any other services besides what's listed?

Our goal is to offer any service you desire. However, if something isn't listed on the website that you're interested in buying please let us know via Skype/email/live chat and we will see what we can do.
